This five-bedroom, modern, two-story home is situated in the Scenic
Okanagan Valley. It's nestled between the mountains and two large,
beautiful lakes, warm sandy beaches,with many orchards,15 golf courses 37
wineries and lots of fine restaurants to temp the pallate.
This is the perfect location for your next adventure. It's within walking
distance of Okanagan Lake Beach with a lovely sandy beach warm water for
swimming and many water activities. Shopping, fine restaurants, and
entertainment are also in the area. The famous "Kettle Valley railroad
hiking, biking trail is close by and lots of family activities.

The home features a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a
three-piece en-suite, and a walk-in closet. There are two additional
bedrooms with one queen-size bed in each. And there's a large bathroom
with a tub and shower.

The living room and formal dining room overlook a quiet garden. The family
room has a TV/VCR. The full kitchen equipped includes a dishwasher,
microwave, coffeemaker, and more. And there's a dining area overlooking
the patio.

The patio has a shaded area with a picnic table and barbecue for your
outdoor dining pleasure. The private garden is fenced, and has a large
grassy area.

There is also a two-piece bathroom on the main floor. A laundry room and a
two-car garage complete this level.

The lower level has a full bathroom, a large games room, a bedroom with a
double bed, and a den with two children's beds. The home is
