Palm View is a luxury 9 bedroom villa with 8 shower rooms ( 6 of which are
en-suite) It takes around 5-8 mins to walk to the sandy Arenal beach. We
are in a quiet location off the main cabo la nao.
Our prices for a 2 week booking includes return coach collection from
either Alicante or valencia airport. Mini bus taxis are available for any
trips from shopping to Theme Parks.
The villa breaks down into 3 self contained apartments all with new
kitchens,dining rooms. The main lounge is on the 1st floor.There are fans
and hairdryers in every bedroom and dining room.All windows havw mosquito
netting on.
The seperate Home cinema room can seat up to 18 persons at a time. Sat
free to air programmes, if you bring your own card you can view more
programmes.In every apartment there are cd players. There is a seperate
children's entertainment room with VCR,DVD,CD player, Play station 2.
(bring your own games) Air Hokey.
The seperate Laundry room with free to use washing machines has iron's
and ironing boards.There is a safe on the 1st floor in the entrance to the
4 bedroom apartment. Also on the 1st floor is a covered in Naya which has
a magnificent table with seating for 18 persons for al fresco eating.
Outside the villa in the driveway the villa has parking for up to 5 cars.
There are palm trees around the garden and patio areas to relax.
The swimming pool area has a 10x5 swimming pool with a Large purpose
built BBQ. The poolside bar has a fridge and sink and the cabana has more
tables and chairs in the shade. There are plenty of sunloungers with
cushions and parasols surrounding the pool. For entertainment there is a
free to play Pool table, table football,table tennis. Our villa is unique,
as it is very spacious and of high standard. We are the owners and are
available for any help should you need it.
Restaurants are very reasonable to eat out for e.g Full English breakfast
at Scallops 1.25 Euros! All chinese prices start from 4.50 - 13.50 Euros
for a three course set menu including wine, beer or water. Terra Mitica
theme park, Aqualandia water park, Mundamar sea world is only 45 mins away
by mini bus and trips can be arranged. We also have scuba diving schools
nearby where you can learn to scuba dive.
