splendid mosques, and of oriental culture. Kalkan is a lively authentic
fishing village with an attractive port and an inviting boulevard where
you will enjoy shopping, dining and refreshments. Hidden in a bay between
the mountains, this village has not yet been discovered by mass tourism.
Once a simple fishing village, today\'s Kalkan is quietly sophisticated
and postcard pretty with a multitude of excellent roof- top restaurants
offering all manner of culinary delights together with interesting
antiques, crafts, jewellery and clothing. It is an attractive home base
for those who are interested in culture and historical activities. The
Kalkan beach is very attractive for sunbathing and water sports.

Villa "Itimat" is of a modern design and recently built to a high standard
that has a private pool and a garden with colourful, fragrant local
plants. Its elevated position provides fantastic views over the
Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Kalkan with the surrounding Taurus
mountains. The surrounding olive trees together with the garden create an
oasis of serenity.

Villa Itimat has been tastefully furnished and provides a comfortable and
relaxing base for your holiday in Turkey. All the rooms are light and airy
with the upstairs balcony�s, roof terrace and poolside terrace all
providing stunning views of the village, harbour and bay.
The presence of a fireplace in the living room gives an extra dimension to
your comfort during the evenings. A spiral staircase leads to the first
floor and continues up to the roof terrace which provides the best
panoramic views. Especially after sunset the views are spectacular due to
the combination of darkness and the clear sky full with stars.

The villa sleeps 6 people and has air conditioning in all rooms. All the 3
bedrooms (one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) have a
private bathroom and toilet.

The terraces, adjacent to the living room and the kitchen, invites you to
enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. During the hottest time off the
day the terraces lay in the shade. This natural shade creates comfortable
places all during the day. A few steps lower are the sun terrace sun
lounges next to the swimming pool were you can cool off and rinse under
the available shower in the garden. Next to a very well equipped kitchen
you have a barbecue at your disposal.
A local English speaking agent deals with day to day running of the villa
and is available to assist in emergencies. He can arrange transfers from
the airport , car hire and boat trips.
The Kalkan Beach Club is within walking distance (100m).
