picturesque villages of the 'East Neuk'. These luxury properties are also
situated at the heart of Scotland's links golfing country, with world
famous golf courses at St Andrews, Kingsbarns, Crail and Elie.

The East Neuk of Fife in Scotland is family friendly with award winning
sandy beaches, the Fife coastal path, the Millenium cycle way, water
sports and many other activities.

This area is a real hotspot for arts, crafts, and antiques. There are a
wonderful selection of high quality seafood restaurants and quaint pubs.

We would recommend exploring the Scottish Deer Centre, St Andrews Castle
and Cathedral, The British Golf Museum, The Scottish Fisheries Museum, The
Crail Heritage Museum and Pottery, The Fife Folk Museum, The Secret Bunker
and Falkland Palace. Visit across the Forth Bridges to see Edinburgh
Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Dynamic Earth and the Royal Yacht
Britannia, or just to spend time at the Edinburgh International Festival
and explore the shops around Princes Street.

St Andrews House is our premier holiday home and has been newly renovated
and refurbished to the highest standard. It has spectacular sea views and
is situated in a wonderful location overlooking the picturesque Crail
harbour.

A large lounge with double windows to the front provides unrestricted
views of the harbour and on towards the Firth of Forth. This room has an
open fire as well as central heating which is installed throughout the
property.

The large dining room also has double windows to the front with excellent
sea views. A contemporary open plan kitchen is equipped with high quality
fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/tumble
drier and also has generous granite preparation areas and good storage.
The ground floor also has a new w.c

The master bedroom, with king-size bed, has stunning sea views through its
double windows to the front. It has a large en-suite bathroom with bath
and shower plus a new walk-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom also has
large windows to the front and equally spectacular views across the
harbour.

Bedroom 3 is twin bedded and has views of the large private garden with
its attractive rockery features and beautiful borders. The main family
bathroom is next to the bedrooms.

The garden and patio have garden furniture / barbecue, perfect for those
quiet moments or more relaxed dining, and are bounded by a stone wall to
provide additional privacy.
