Our lovely detached villa is located on Polaris World, Mar Menor Resort
(as seen on TV), it is in a very secure, private and exclusive holiday
location right on a 9 hole championship golf course to be extended to 18
holes in 2006/7. Golf is now open and there is also a Social Club with a
fantastic resort pools, terrace bar, a fine restaurant, wine bar and also
a gym and hairdresser all open now. Resort is picturesque with fountain
areas to sit and enjoy the weather. The villa is located close to Los
Narejos beach (5 minutes by car), this beach has been one of only five
Spanish beaches to be awarded the Q mark for quality.
The villa is brand new and has been designed to cater for all your needs,
we have also built a lovely swimming pool in the garden. It is furnished
to a very high standard and has all anyone would need for a perfect
holiday break, including cable television. The sun terrace with lovely
views is perfect for sunbathing, barbequing and watching the sun set while
tasting the local wines. There is also off street parking and twenty four
hour security plus close circuit television on all access gates to allow
complete control on who enters the location.

The Costa Calida boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and
history. Many within easy reach of the area where the villa is located.
The trendy and famous La Manga Club, with its bars, clubs and restaurants,
is less than 15 minutes drive away. In winter, you can breakfast on your
terrace and by lunchtime you can be water ski-ing on the Mar Menor lagoon,
as the weather is pleasant all year round. You can enjoy a day at the new
Terra Mitica Theme Park, 40 minute drive on the motorway.

The centre of Los Alcazares has many shops, traditional bars and
restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes.
You can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean square radiating with great
atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach, which is ideal for children
and has chiringitos (beach bars) dotted all along it. The pretty palm tree
lined promenade along the sea front has children�s� play areas.
