yet handy Clear Creek development. Just 1 mile North of the US 192 on the
US 27. There is a Winn Dixie Supermarket, Bank, Pizza Shop (that
delivers), Hair Salon, Dentist, Post Office, a Gas Station and many more
establishments at the entrance of the development. Five minutes away from
a SUPER WAL*MART! Built in 2004.

The three bedroom, two bathroom villa is more SPACIOUS than your usual
villa.

Fully equipped kitchen (Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Cooking utensils
provided.
