Our superb villa is located in the quiet sub-division of Countryside at
Tuscan Ridge.It is surrounded by orange groves and conservation area
Situated on Highway 27 just off Interstate 4 and Highway 192 it is only
12 minutes to Disney and ideally located for easy access to all the other
major attractions Orlando has to offer. The villa has over 2000sq. ft. of
living area and is fully air-conditioned. All rooms have been decorated
and furnished in a modern contemporary style. The living areas come with
36" TV/DVDVCR and PS2. There are two master bedrooms (both en-suite),one
has a King size bed the other a Queen size. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are twin bedded
and share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV with DVD. The
fully equipped Kitchen has been upgraded and contains all the usual mod
cons. you would expect plus a breakfast bar with bar stools. The South
Facing pool is fully screened and has an oversized sundeck with luxury
padded patio furniture, ideal for sun lovers but it also has 325sq.ft. of
lanai for shade for when it gets a little too hot! The pool has also been
fitted with a handrail to allow easy access and exit from the water. The
pool can be heated, this is an optional extra. Our villa is only 12
minutes to Disney,20 minutes to Sea world,Universal Studios just 25-30
minutes drive away .Travel time to the villa from Orlando International
Airport is 30 minutes and Sanford Airport is 60 minutes. Close to Tuscan
Ridge there are supermarkets,shops,restaurants,pharmacy,petrol stations
and golf courses.The nearest 24hr Walmart is only a 10 minute drive away.
